Pav Bhaji - India's Street Food

Pav Bhaji, one of the Mumbaikers favourite street food is my favorite too. It can be easily prepared. So, Sometimes I prefer to make this for Lunch or Dinner. Making my work easy.

Bhaji is rich of vegetables like Carrot, Potato and Green Bell peppers. So this is a healthy food too. Surpirisingly, even with so many vegetables in this, this is one of kids favourite recipe.

Pav Bhaji is a nice idea for parties and get togethers.  . Bhaji with 2-3 Pav is stomach filling. No need to make many items.
