Ingredients(Makes 8)
1 cup Cabbage
1 cup grated Carrot
1/2 tsp Soya Sauce
1 tsp Tomato Ketchup
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Oil
Oil for Deep Fry
- Cover Spring Roll sheets in a damp cloth for 20 mins.
- Cut Cabbage to small pieces. Grate Carrot.Heat 3 tsp of oil in a pan, add Cabbage fry for 5 mins, then add grated Carrot to it. Fry for 5 mins.
- Add Soya Sauce, Tomato Ketchup and Salt and fry again for 10 more mins.Now stuffing is ready. Keep it aside.Take out each Spring Roll Sheet slowly.
- Keep the stuffing on the sheet and fold it tightly.Make rolls as shown in the pictures.
- Apply water on all sides and then fold it again.
- Heat oil for deep fry. Place rolls slowly in oil and fry till brown.Take out and place them on a paper to absorb extra oil.
- Serve with Tomato Ketchup.
