Veg. Spring Rolls

 
 

Ingredients(Makes 8)

1 cup Cabbage
1 cup grated Carrot
1/2 tsp Soya Sauce
1 tsp Tomato Ketchup
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Oil
Oil for Deep Fry
 
  1. Cover Spring Roll sheets in a damp cloth for 20 mins.
  2. Cut Cabbage to small pieces. Grate Carrot.Heat 3 tsp of oil in a pan, add Cabbage fry for 5 mins, then add grated Carrot to it. Fry for 5 mins.
  3. Add Soya Sauce, Tomato Ketchup and Salt and fry again for 10 more mins.Now stuffing is ready. Keep it aside.Take out each Spring Roll Sheet slowly.
  4. Keep the stuffing on the sheet and fold it tightly.Make rolls as shown in the pictures.
  5. Apply water on all sides and then fold it again.
  6. Heat oil for deep fry. Place rolls slowly in oil and fry till brown.Take out and place them on a paper to absorb extra oil.
  7. Serve with Tomato Ketchup.
