Ingredients
1 cup Green Gram / Moong Dal
1 Cup Cut Cabbage
2 Green Chillies
10 Curry Leaves
1 1/4 tsp Salt
2 1/2 cup Water
Tempering
1 tsp Bengal Gram / Channa Dal
1 tsp Black Gram / Urad Dal
1/2 tsp Mustard / Sarson
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds / Jeera
3 tsp Oil
- Wash Green Gram Dal, add water to it and boil it for 20 mins.
- Cut Cabbage to small pieces and slit Green Chillies.Add Cabbage, Green Chillies and salt to Dal. Boil again for 20 mins.
- Tempering : Heat oil in a small pan.Add Channa Dal, Urad Dal, Sarson, Jeera and Curry Leaves.Fry a little till light brown and then add this to dal.
- Eat with Rice or Roti.
