Plain Dosa

 
 

Ingredients

  1. Heat a pan. Pan should be hot enough to make proper Dosa.To check : Place your palm 3 cm above the pan, if you feel the heat then it is r0"ight temperature.Pour Dosa batter on pan in the middle with a big spoon.I did it twice with the spoon i have used.
  2. Spread it into a circle with the back of the spoon. Pour Oil at the edges and on Dosa with a small spoon. Edges turn brown with in 2-3 mins.
  3. Use a flat spatula to take out and reverse Dosa. Cook it on the other side for half a min.
  4. Have with any Chutney / Podi .
