Ingredients
3 Raw Banana
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 Lemon
1 Onion
For Tempering
1/2 tsp Bengal Gram / Channa Dal
1/2 tsp Black Gram / Urad Dal
1/4 tsp Cumin / Jeera
1/4 tsp Mustard / Sarson
2 tsp Oil
2 Green Chilli
10 Curry Leaves
- Peel the Skin and cut Raw Banana to Cubes. Boil them till soft . Put a fork to check.
- Remove water and keep it aside.Heat a pan , put all dals in the tempering items and fry till light brown. Add green chillies, curry leaves and fry them for 2 more minutes. Now add boiled raw banana cubes to this.
- Fry for 15 minutes. Remove seeds from lemon, add lemon juice and fry fro 5 more minutes.
- Mix with Rice and Eat.
