Easy to make snack. Doesn't take much time and many ingredients. When guests come home, and if there is nothing at home to offer them, you can make this and serve them.
Ingredients
3 cups of Thick Rice Flakes/ Poha
2 tablespoon Oil
1 teaspoon Mustard
1 teaspoon Cuminseeds
3 Green Chilles
15 Curry Leaves
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
pinch of Hing
3 teaspoon Cashewnuts
3 teaspoon Peanuts
3 teaspoon Roasted Gram / Daliya
1 teaspoon Sugar
3/4 teaspoon Salt
- Cut Green chillies to thin circles and Curry Leaves to small Pieces. Keep the ingredients Ready.
- Heat Oil in a pan for a minute. Put Mustard , Cumin Seeds , Green Chillies , Curry Leaves , Turmeric , Hing fry for 2 minutes.
- Now add Cashewnuts , Peanuts fry for a minute. Then add Roasted Gram fry for a minute.
- Add Poha now and mix well. Fry for 4 minutes mixing continuously . Add Salt and Sugar mix well and remove from Stove. Leave it cool and then store in a container.
