Made these Colourful Ice Cream Cone Chocolate Cup Cakes for my daughter's birthday. She gave these to her classmates and teachers . They all liked these. My daughter was so happy and said "Thank You Mom . I Love you. ". My Son immediately " Mom, When is my birthday ? "
Ingredients
40 Mini Ice Cream Cone cups
1 1/2 cups of Cake Flour
1 1/4 cups Sugar
3 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
1/4 cup Oil
1 cup Cold Milk
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 tablespoon Salt
1 pinch Salt
For Decorating
Chocolate Frosting
Sweet balls
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients in a big bowl.
- Mix all wet ingredients in another bowl.Transfer the wet ingredients to dry ingredients bowl. Fold in and mix until mixed well.
- In a flat bottomed ice cream cone, fill 2/3 of the cup with batter and place them on a baking tray or muffin tray. I made 40 mini cup cakes so I used baking tray. Bake it for 15 - 20 mins. Take the tray our from oven. Allow to cool.
- Whisk the chocolate frosting to a smooth paste at room temperature. Dip in the top of cup cake in frosting and finally sprinkle with sweet toppings.
- Enjoy your party.
