Chocolate Cup Cakes in Ice Cream Cones

 

Colourful  Ice Cream Cups, Chocolate Cup cakes, Chocolate Frosting and finally decorated with colourful Sweet balls. All kids favorites again.
Made these Colourful Ice Cream Cone Chocolate Cup Cakes for my daughter's birthday. She gave these to her classmates and teachers . They all liked these.  My daughter was so happy and said "Thank You Mom . I Love you. ". My Son immediately " Mom, When is my birthday ? " 


Ingredients
  
40 Mini Ice Cream Cone cups
1 1/2 cups of Cake Flour
1 1/4 cups Sugar
3 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
1/4 cup Oil
1 cup Cold Milk
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 tablespoon Salt
1 pinch Salt

For Decorating
Chocolate Frosting
Sweet balls 
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients in a big bowl. 
  2. Mix all wet ingredients in another bowl.Transfer the wet ingredients to dry ingredients bowl. Fold in and mix until mixed well.
  3. In a flat bottomed ice cream cone, fill 2/3 of the cup with batter and place them on a baking tray or muffin tray. I made 40 mini cup cakes so I used baking tray. Bake it for 15  - 20 mins. Take the tray our from oven. Allow to cool.
  4. Whisk the chocolate frosting to a smooth paste at room temperature. Dip in the top of cup cake in frosting and finally sprinkle with sweet toppings.
  5. Enjoy your party.
