Ingredients
4 Young Bittergaurd
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp oil
- Outer rough skin is very bitter.Peel it off.
- Cut bittergaurd to thin circles.Add 1 tsp salt to these mix it well and leave it for 20 mins. Squeeze out the water. This removes biiterness even more.
- Heat a pan, add oil and then add bittergaurd, fry for 15 mins.
- Add 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp chillipowder.Fry for 5 more miunutes. Eat with Rice.
- Eat with Rice.
